The Brown County Historical Society Archive includes information on Brown County and the surrounding area. There are over 5,500 family files, business files, and historical files. There are also photograph, audio, and video collections. Microfilm of census, church, cemetery and naturalization records and Brown County newspapers are available. The Brown County Historical Society has a microfilm reader/printer and a research librarian available to assist researchers.

Research Library Hours:

Monday - Friday: 10 am - 4pm
Saturday: 1 - 5 pm	(closed over the noon hour)

Research Library Charges:

Visiting the Research Library in person:

$3.00 admission charge, includes touring the museum

Or:

$20.00 fee for answering research letters with a limit of 1 hour of research per letter

Cost of copies is 25 cents per page
